Family Life
The Diocese of Trenton promotes the sacredness of family life by encouraging Religious Education Programs to offer specific lessons that foster family life values. These values consider:
God’s love for us and our love for God
Loving others as a response to God’s love
Understanding sacrificial love
Expressing love through vocations
Promoting a virtuous life
Choosing and living a chaste life
Parents review the grade level Family Life presentations with their child and have the child complete the RCL activity sheets. Parents are asked to sign off below when lessons are complete.
RCL parent and student family life textbooks are available from the Religious Education Office resource library to assist parents in presenting Family Life lessons.
