Welcome to Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish

Our Roman Catholic church was built on Main Street in 1857 by immigrant farmers. Today, we serve more than 15,000 parishioners in approximately 5,000 families. Our Lady’s counsel to the waiters at the Wedding Feast in Cana of Galilee - "Do whatever He tells you" - is the biblical foundation for our parish - The Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel.

Our Vision: Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (OLGC) serves women and men of faith from our location in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey.  OLGC functions as a prayerful community for people of all ages who are falling in love with God and God's people.  As a joy-filled Roman Catholic community, our calling is to welcome all to our parish and share the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.  We nurture spiritual growth within our Catholic parish, ministering to those seeking to be welcomed, and desiring engagement and connections with others seeking the Lord, while challenging all parishioners to spiritual growth. This Vision is fulfilled through the work of our clergy, staff and volunteers, within the liturgies, sacramental life, and the education offered to adults, to children enrolled in our parish school, and to children enrolled in our Religious Education programs, mindful of our connection to the Diocese of Trenton, and the teaching and doctrine of the global Roman Catholic Church.
